Cant open the app because it keeps crashing!

It makes it easy to know what time each class is, and with who, when you dont have access to a computer.

Good info on app when working. Great feature for barcode membership scan. Registering for class is a redirect, this needs to be in app as backend with SSO. App is not working after last IOS update. Was able to get the app to launch after deleting and reinstalling on updated OS, but it lost all membership information. Application needs some work.

It would be great if it included a calendar showing the days you checked in...its a motivator. Also if it showed the bar menu with more detail information.

There is only one barcode option, why was the ability to have multiple barcodes removed. There are plenty of people with family passes to the gym. Needs to be fixed

I joined the UFC gym a few months ago and was using the old app just fine to login and use my barcode. The new app doesnt recognize me. When I request a password, it says I havent joined the gym yet.

The app is sloooow, crashes and no data for much. The servers are not working adequately. This Needs fixing asap. I rely on the app to get schedule for classes/barcode, etc. They need to roll back to the previous code they had. They shouldnt have broken something that was working almost flawlessly. This new release was definitely not tested!!

They finally fixed class registration! The app handles registration on its own. So much more convenient. You no longer need to login every time you want to register. Another good change is you dont get bumped back to the start of the schedule when registering for future classes.

New app doesnt recognize users as members. On the surface it appears that it has some new features but nothing works.

Doesnt even recognize me a member! Cant even get to my barcode!

Why remove features when you update an app? I can no longer have two bar codes for me and my son. Please add back that option.

With this updated version, it can only store one bar code. My son and I both were able to sign in before but now it only allows one member per app. What an inconvenience. Need to fix this app to allow multiple members to sign in on one phone.

I went to check in at my local UFC gym when I realized the new app doesnt have my member barcode. When I attempt to access my profile, the screen says it is for members only. When I click "verify membership", the prompt tells me "oops! Looks like you havent joined UFC gym yet". Strange since Ive been a member for 5 years. Please fix this!

Totally unnecessary to update. Whoever approved this software update need to be laid off.

The old version of this app actually worked. The new version does not allow more than one member barcode to be stored in the app, bringing my son into the gym just became an ordeal to get us both signed in. Signing myself and my son up for classes take so long its not even worth attempting anymore. The new app errors out when attempting to cancel any class registrations as well. The new app looks half finished with bland grey buttons to shift between different parts of the app. All in all this is a horrible update that does not represent the UFC brand well.

App does not allow more than one membership card to be saved, totally screwing anybody with child members. And thats not even counting the bugs! DO NOT UPDATE!

The new version lost my login and password. When I logged in again, it said my email address has already been used and asked me to enter another email address. Very confusing. The new app has bad UI. Hard to use. Very disappointing.

Why oh why didnt they leave the app alone. The first one allowed me to look up locations and classes quickly and worked with my calendar well. This new version is hard to log in, challenging to navigate and much more complicated. Word to the wise: Simplify.

Older version worked better, allowed for multiple membership barcodes, great for parents like myself who have their children account on as well. Implement adding multiple accounts to check-in and reserve classes and were back in business

It does not recognized me as a member! No multiple barcode! Therefore I cannot add my kids. The old app works much better. Please revert back to the old version.
